Our Support Service is designed to ensure our clients leverage the benefit of their investment in their Cloud Implementation. The level of support your business requires post-implementation will be determined during the project life-cycle and specific to your individual requirements.
Our Support Packages are available over 2 levels.
Gold Support
Administration and Occasional User or Super User Training. Typically 1 – 2 day’s per month. The majority of this support will be by phone and remotely.
Platinum Support
Administration and Additional Development Services suitable for highly customised or configured implementations. Typically one day/week or equivalent over the month. A more specific quote is created on a case by case requirement.
